I've been luvin' the scrambler rifle. It easily takes down shields and scares ppl off. They usually back off to let their sheilds recharge. It's great area denial/suppression fire. But it does kill all the way easily with minimal skills.

Seems to work fine without any special help to me with a TAC. Like my trusty M-16 used to do. I pull the trigger and it fires one time. I save ammo and put the shot where it counts rather than spraying around like a SAW hoping half the rounds hit.
