I agree with everything except for being able to run solo as a scout. I run solo a lot, and it is definitely harder than it ever has been before, precisely because the suits are fixed. Otherwise, you hit the mark exactly.

I have not had that happen in Dom, but I have in Skirmish. I looked to join a squad at the beginning of a game, and all players were listed under No Squad. Next thing I knew, we were dominating. Unfortunately, that is the exception to the rule.
