I think the snapshot just means everything caught in the area will be tagged for X amount of seconds depending on your scanner. Longer charge time as payoff for not needing to spin around like an *******. Fair tradeoff.

Rails aint the problem, you are aware a missle tank will crush either rail/blaster in half a lol second right? The problem is the swarm launcher got nerfed to ******* hell. Bring that back to pre hyper nerf and the situation will balance itself out.
