Then, see how it works.
What I want to say is just: Incredible!
I will take this suit as the favorite in Uprising 1.8!
First the free unlimited downloads Hoplon pack, now this.

I was on while this was still live. I decided not to buy because I assumed that CCP would probably just reverse the transaction. It has hundreds...HUNDREDS of proto and advanced dropsuits and weapons lol.

When they had UVTs on sale for pretty much no Aurum by mistake they reverted those transactions, so I assume they can do the same in this case.

It was a bundle in the market that had hundred of proto/advanced suits and weapons. I can't remember how many suits but my hazey memory recollects seeing at least 500 proto suits. One suit usually costs like... around 80 AUR? They got tonnes of proto **** for 1 AUR.

Am jealous I missed out, by why ban players who had RL cash put into the game (they had aurum) and decided to take advantage of what was for 10 mins, obviously a legit bargain?
Still am pissed for 1 AUR i could have gotten a sweet FUCKTON of prototype gear, common CCP step up your game. |

CCP will probably refund and remove the items; they have done this before - I believe it was those universal voice transmitter things they had originally.

Check the stickies, there's a GM post. They've reversed the sales, removed the items and refunded the Aurum.
When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

Im sitting on 8.5 or 12.8k proto suits, pre fitted, with 65 boosters, ccp said we could keep it too, just this once

Not entirely true, the term relating to this is "invitation to treat" though the exact rules may vary from country to country.
If a store can prove the price tag is in error then they don't have to complete the sale, otherwise a single typo or disgruntled employee could bankrupt a business.
AFIK The actual purchase that occured that your consumer rights apply to is the initial buying of aurum, not trading aurum for items. This is why you get a digital recept from Sony when buying aurum, and not one from Duvolle Laboratories or whatever NPC corp made the item you bought with that aurum.
Its one of the reasons buying gift cards or store credit is a bad idea, the gift card is the product you bought, and stores can make up whatever rules they want to apply to your giftcard (specials and sales can exclude them for no reason, and they can set arbitrary dates where your money "expires" without refund).
Its also why they can remove things like BPOs, as its an item that only exists in their service, and they have the right to control their service. Except where the initial Sony sale stated the item as part of the pack. As your consumer rights apply to that sale. Basically if you have a legal reciept for the product you have rights, if not, you got ziltch. Your reciept is for aurum, not for what you buy with that aurum. |
