Well it depends, whilst level 4 is a great level sometimes you don't even need it depending on what you are after, or then you need that nasty level 5 just to perfect your fit, which is usually the case when fitting proto tier weapons and modules....

Nope, those prices are fine, militia modules are often the same as standard ones except they have higher cpu and pg requirements making them harder to fit. You can't compare BPO dropsuits with regular ISK ones pricing wise either.

For those that were following this thead, HMG is getting boosted to 18 dmg with 5% less dispersion. All handheld weapons are getting a blanket 10% increase to weapon damage.

Well HMG is only getting a significant boost from now, in chromsome the base damage was 16, 16+10% = 17.6 so it got a 0.4 boost compared to chromosome base stat with weaponry V.
