The scout gk.0 has always been the best scout, the amarr sentinel is the better sentinel overall, however the caldari sentinel is good. Min assault and Amarrr assault are the most potent, its a matter of preference IMO.

All the range nerf did was make scouts use their eyes like every other suit in the game, only while cloaked that is. You still have wall hacks. If any scouts feel truely "nerfed" then they are bad scouts to begin with.
