1) Those BPO would cost so much AUR :
STA cost 21 800 i think, and in ISK it's 3000
A PRO suit is +/-48 000 ISK, so +/- 16x more expensive than the STA, so 348 800 AUR for a PRO suit BPO ?
2) Adding those BPO suits, you'ld incitate people to make protosomping, WITHOUT caring about ISK.
3) This game was an almost real FREE-TO-PLAY (much less since 1.9 but it's still a bit) but with those BPO suits this game would become a REAL PAY-TO-WIN.
4) But.... seriously.... what next ? BPO pro light weapon ? grenade core ? nano pro ? People will have a PRO BPO suit ?
You know that if you give those BPO PRO suits, people won't stop wanting other things... They are (we are) like babies, always more more more. So give limits.
5) Simply BPO are milicia or STA, but never PRO
I hope I'm not the only one who thinks PRO BPO suits would be the worst idea in DUST 514 (or one of the worst)
I would AUTOMATICALLY DESTROY THE GAME !
Please don't think about that... It's a funny asking, but not possible in this game. PLEASE !

tbh i think folk are over reacting a bit on this. i doubt we'd see Proto BPOs as they'd be stupid amount of AUR and Devs, CPM and even playerbase have said it would make the game far too unbalanced.
the chances are it will be something along the lines i explained in an earlier post that the items are linked with the visual customization and we buy a 'BPO' that allows us to 'paint' our proto suits in the named theme
for example.
'Sever' Minmatar Logistics Mk.0 BPO
you buy that for 15k AUR, you buy 100 Logi Mk.0s goto assets click 'customize' and apply the Sever theme to your proto logi suit et voila, you run out of them, you buy 100more and do the same. allows us to have a variety of vaity items at a higher tier than STD without it being P2W

in time i'd hope so too :) and hopefully similar to the ones for eve ships. oh and a quafe one. we all want a incubus flying around that looks liek a massive purple di**o
