Tl dr. They dont spam scans cus they don't get wp (im telling about wp wh..res). Also scouts are unscanable. Overwall it's a buff to sentiniels (mostly solo) and nerf to every medium (in terms of ewar).

Well, there is only 1 difference. I no longer get more than 350k per match (1st place + wp advantage over both teams). So it's like stable 250k-300k now.

Well, nothing changed. Scouts are still invisible on radar with high hp. Eg caldari with shields and gal dual tanking.

Cloak changes won't hurt any scout roles ther are. Only one. Amarr with cloak turned on won't pick up reds on radar. Dealy won't affect SG and NK that much. You will wait x time (even if its secs) and then shoot em. You will see. So overvall....
