Not enough people queing for it at euro timers. As soon as the bulk of the amarricans come on, FW kicks of. So basically around midnight EVE time. Seems that the hardcore FW players all have their shiny APEXes and don't bother with FW anymore.

The only thing newbs need is a reservate for them, where only certain SP levels are allowed, and no gear above LV4. Protostomping is what kills the new player experience! As long as that''s not recognized, the numbers will stay as they are now!
