At range it does take skill to predict opponent movement as they can easily avoid it if they pay attention.

I have rounds were I will go like 20-4 with my MD cause reds don't bother watching for the rounds, hide behind stuff and just sit there while I drop 3-4 rounds on them, or not following my trail to kill me.
Other times they are smart enough to rush me which leads to my suicide or forcing me to use my sidearm.

I had to spec an amarr logi for one eventually, its just so hard to use without one nowadays.

Well, as a true (my first suit) Min Logibro, I actually don't really know what a sidearm is... LOL
Even when playing my min sent, I often forget that I have one equipped. So I learned MDriving the hard way, in a Min Logi Sever suit, with mostly biotics and scans. My kdr tells a long story about that.
Edit: On my minmando, the MD is sometimes the sidearm... "Look this minmando scrub, using a AScR..." Fump... 50+ |

Proto minmando is the only way to go with a mass driver. Take full advantage of the damage and reload bonus, put a couple complex damage mods in there with a proficiency 5 mass driver and watch the +50s roll in

That is very true, and is why I rarely ever die from a mass driver or a PLC. It's also why when engaging someone who's looking at me my AR/ACR is my weapon of choice. If they get in close and are wounded I'll probably finish them with a MD/PLC round they can't avoid. I'll also be the first to admit that I am too inconsistent with my gun game to be considered great, but for some reason I can put a MD/PLC round just about anywhere even on my worst days.
