Why are people suggesting that, for example, SMGs are getting buffed against armour? Their damage profile remains the same, and their damage to shields will suffer. Damage bonus to armour remains the same.

It was always annoying. I'm of the opinion that MLT LAVs should have their EHP reduced back down to 900 or whatever it used to be. Back in Chromo my HMG was my primary defense against those LAVs.
