TA nailed it. Suit-wise, Amarr assault w/Laser was absolutely destroying me earlier today. Gal assault w/BrAR too. Even Min assault, using its speed, seems quite nice and gets the CR bonus. Breach AR and CR are still in a very good place, from w...

Game seems a bit smoother now. Not sure about framerate helping hit detection, but more testing is needed. Recent balance hotfix was undone. Uncloaking delay makes virtually no difference in the game. Reduced scans when cloak is active is easily...
