They've got the best shield regen out there, I have a corpmate who's able to stand still and take direct sniper shots, his shields dip down and bounce right back up to full in the time it takes the sniper to re-aim and fire again. Gal = 1.5 Amarr + Min = 1.0 Cal = 0.5 The numbers that made it in are not the same numbers from the initial sticky proposal. You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Insane but good way to clean dust of highlifes: give all players character biomassing snipers
