I'd want to transfer across sometime in, say, 2015. It gives the PS4 sometime to develop a consumer base, as well as DUST. Or possibly late 2014. It all depends PS4 sales, as the transition will be expensive, as the PS4 isn't backwards compatible....

Doesn't have to be. Volume was worked out from density. Oh wait... I did it wrong. Oops. Volume would be 0.00127 m3, worked out from density, and the radius would be 6mm. And the thickness of the bowl would be 3.3cm thick.

I doubt there will be any racial variant for individual types of weapons. Amarr are most suited to the Laser Rifle, Caldari to the AR, Minmatar to the HMG, and Gallente to the nova knife. Just kidding, but who doesn't like seeing the Gallente die....
