Right now there are only Gallente LAV's (Baloch) and Caldari LAV's (Onikuma). I'm Minmatar, so when the new LAV's come out will my starter fit LAV be updated to the Minmatar LAV?
And I suppose saying "Next Build" in the title may be wrong since we have no idea when racial variants on vehicles will be released, but there's 6 months between next build and the one after that, so hopefully they will be streamed in at SOME point in the next build. |

im going to guess the same way i did in terms of dropsuits. I think they will refund your LAV SP so you can respec it into the racial type that you want. OR maybe you will keep your LAV lvl where it is and you will have that across all racial versions , i think it will be the latter though, which is why they have said refunding SP is still on the table. |

The Minmatar are too cheap to make their own LAV's. Instead, they have pushcarts. |

New LAVs and HAVs and other vehicles are not going out for a bit they're behind the curve, but projectile and laser based turrets first!
Do not worry everything will eventually get its own variant cept the weapons. |

You mean there won't be any racial variant weapons? I was really hoping for a Minmatar AR..... will they be making racial variant ammo for each weapon instead, or will there be no variation whatsoever for weapons? |

I doubt there will be any racial variant for individual types of weapons. Amarr are most suited to the Laser Rifle, Caldari to the AR, Minmatar to the HMG, and Gallente to the nova knife. Just kidding, but who doesn't like seeing the Gallente die. Gallente would probably use the shotgun/sniper rifle, as they seem to be the race that CCP thinks should be scout-like.There probably won't be racial bonuses to a certain type of weapon from the suit, as everyone would end up being a Minmatar heavy, or a Gallente scout, or somesuch, and the other suits would be ignored. |

Well this frees up the developers to be asyemmetrical on the weapons and with the way weapon skills are set up its a good thing to do it this way.
I mean not everyone may get a shotgun but the current shotgun will suffice enough until the Minmatar pull out the old trench gun. Not everyone has an AR but the current AR fulfills most for the functions you can ever ask for out of it until the scrambler rifle hits the shelves and the caldari gauss rifle. |

CCP has never done that in all of eves history; I mean swap items out.
Chances are we will be stuck with our present loot, with new loot being added to the salvage tables.
Just keep the stuff you have, you'll be able to sell it one day. Consider it a nest egg :) |
