The extra bit of HP is easily negated by other logis getting more module slots, and the ADV Amarr logis don't have sidearm, so I don't see why they should only get 2 equipment slots. +1 to the OP. Only the ADV one needs 3 equipment slots though.

Having 1 slot for STD would give it a better progression flow, 1-2-3 makes more sense than 0-2-3. The standard one does not benefit at all from the skill bonus because of the lack of slots.

In a game where guns take long to kill someone, having the basic melee be a 1-hit-kill would be overpowered by comparison; if you want stronger melee I suggest you get some nova knives, or use the melee enhancing biotic modules.
