It's only plus side really is how consistent it is compared to the other rifles. It only takes a little more skill to make the other rifles perform 20% better in most cases.

Have a dynamic ranking system based off your wins and who you fought against like counter strike global. Dust could even make it deeper by adding isk rewards for playing as a higher rank so people don't try to downrank themselves.

When you fall like 5 feet you still take damage. There should be a higher minimum fall length before you take damage, or better yet a safe roll to reduce damage after an average fall length (pressing x right before you hit the ground).
