We have the coolest parachute of any game ever. It's a shame we can't use it more. |

Agreed, inertia dampener is the best "parachute" system I have ever seen in a shooter. |

I do think we should get to use the dampener more often but they need to fix the fall damage first... the amount of times Ive died from getting stuck on a hillside is annoying to say the least. it seems to care only about fall time rather than height which isnt too smart when u have a map surrounded by two massive glitch walls on either side. |

cant agree more, shouldn't start to take fall damage until about 1.5 stories(18ft or 6m) and should be leathal at 3stories(36ft or 12m).
also shouldn't the lighter suits be able to take falls better not worse??? |

I thought our suits are powerful - meant to be wielded by immortals, and give them everything they need. Our guns need those dropsuits lest we kill ourselves with recoil!
But oh, careful of that jump, it looks 2 foot high. My first call to nerf something EVER in this game - nerd fall damage! |

Once, I jumped out of an MCC and the lag more or less stopped me from using the dampener. SOMEHOW, I landed on ground just barely high enough that I survived with a sliver of armor left. |

Sorry there, Erhm *cough* yes. Yes, fall damage is far too severe. When I run scout I swear I can take more damage from the cliff than the dozens of prop shooting at me. |

Its silly that falling 2 meters does more damage than bullets made of freakin plasma. |

They could remove fall damage completely, and I bet 99% of players wouldn't miss it (though it would make dampeners pointless). A 50% reduction would be fine. |
