I'm not sure about reduced explosion damage just due to the fact of grenade spam, would render it almost useless in tight spots. CCP seems to look at it all wrong, the nerf stuff rather than look to improve it's counter or create a counter. imag...

Have heavies armor be invulnerable or at least near invulnerable to regular locus grenades. They should require a unique grenade the same as Vehicles to be able to take them out, and this grenades shouldn't do damage to regular infantry. That way ...

Good idea, to add to it I say CCP should do some math and uncap anybody that is below the average Dust player SP (maybe even cap only the upper 25%). That way when the game has been out for several years, a new player doesn't need to grind forever...

I don't use shot guns on my scout suit so it isn't as tough for me, but I will be leaving heavies for the assaults from now on unless they are using a sniper rifle and maybe even then because they can carry HMGs
