Happens with any weapon that fires a projectile instead of hitscan. Swap weapons (sidearm then back) and it should fix itself.

Important to not that the only rounding occurs when the game displays a value. There is no rounding within the mechanics themselves. The formula is on the forums, so is the dev response which confirms rounding in the menu system only.
