I'm going to test tonight if it's cloaks that are OP or scouts. If I can do just as well in a commando/logi with a cloak and shotgun then there needs to be something done about the cloak. Hope to get some good footage.

Amarr Commando works wonders with the laser. Amarr Sentinel definitely isn't as powerful as it was in 1.7, but still does quite well I don't think I'd ever take my commando to proto though. The minor bonus to damage isn't worth it.
