Skill stacking has always been a thing and intended. It was never a problem until ADS got some rather huge bonuses in their skills. CCP overlooked skill stacking when they implemented those 10% per level bonuses.

Stacking penalty has always applied. You're also doing the math wrong. It's not just 5%+4%+3%=12%. It's 1.05*(1+.04*.87)*(1+.03*.57)=1.105. That's a 10.5% bonus.

There used to be a problem with the "Duty Calls" layout and it was confirmed that you couldn't reload turrets with it. I'm not sure what's the status on that anymore, and you mentioned that you tried switching button layouts.

This bug is exactly why I ditched my shield booster for an extender. I've found that when I need it most (railguns hitting me) it doesn't do anything other than enter cooldown. I believe CCP is already looking into this.

I think splash damage for every weapon receives no hit markers. I know for sure missiles and railguns get no hit markers for splash. It's annoying because I don't know if I'm shooting close enough for my tiny 1.5m splash radius.
