The reason you can drive over other tanks is probably the same reason you can drive over bumps and small hills. If CCP made it so you could not drive over tanks then you'd probably no longer be able to get over oddly shaped terrain. Until CCP can...

Hopefully the damage profile was taken into account when the weapons where devised. we all know how good CCP are at thinking ahead. If the projectile weapons had a profile of -7.5%/+7.5% and 5% less damage then they'd be exactly the same. Anyway...

I'd like to see this. With a relatively small effect 5-10% perhaps? I'd also like to see it added for firing weapons too. Waving a charged forge gun around? That should be easy for the scanners to spot. Then when we have modular weapons one day...

Just remove all warpoints rewards from any player in any redline. Don't track kills made from the redline either. In PC (and maybe FW) remove the asymmetrical redline and push the redline out to the edges of the map. Also add some kind of forfeit...

I think it would be interesting (possibly terrible, possibly awesome.) if infantry weapons did full damage to the vehicle weakspots. At least then infantry would have a minuscule chance of retaliating.

This is a good idea. You could also have other ancilliary slots such as a tac net interface (share scan results, don't, more powerful scans, stronger scans near squadmates, long range etc).
