I think he means a reset of the diminishing returns effect. Or a reset of the weekly SP cap. They're 2 separate elements. If you hit the CAP, you're getting 0SP. Diminishing returns happens when you're playing solidly over the course of a day. ...

Been getting error messages, fade out then dropped back in MQ, or "you're not squad leader" messages more often than I've been able to join matches tonight. EDIT: Ambush seems fine. It's just Skirmish that I've had issues with.
