The weapon switch/reload delay is more like 2 seconds. Ghaz could make a video of it and time the actual delay. AV damage compared to forges and swarms is a tough thing to balance. Swarms can't kill infantry, but they fit in all suits. Forge deals...

PLC is one of the only weapons you need to be tactical with. You can't spam it, aim assist doesn't work with it, you can't abuse it with turbo controllers, you usually can't kill with the splash alone, the splash area isn't huge, the projectile is...
