This is laughable. They need to fix these problems BEFORE PC drops. Period. They're so hellbent on getting the cute release date of 5-14 they may screw up the launch of one of it's most anticipated features.

The problem is that a hard cap is being used as a metric to begin with. This isn't the case in reality, and isn't the case in any other game. I have laid out in detail my thoughts on this here. Range needs to be completely re-worked.
