Chill Bro! This, is the setting for the Even Universe. Most of the bases are suppose to be outposts in the middle of nowhere anyway. That explains the lack of roads an structures. Things will get better... We just have to play the waiting game. ...

+1 Reminds me of Scavenger from COD (yeah I said it!). Instead of ammo it would be valuable salvage. Though I think it would be better as a pure skill... +3% chance of salvage per level. Would only effect bodies you walk over.
