It's the same cost everyone pays. That includes my 320 eHp proto scout. That Creo shotgun cost the same as your boundless. You just get to live with it a second or two longer than I do when someone with an AR looks at you funny.

Light Suit V, not the racial. I mean that one too, but the first skill you need to lvl. 3 is the one bonus profile dampening is based off of. And yes, its labeled wrong.
