Title says it all. We aren't an invulnerable walking tank CCP, we are barely more meaty than Assault suits. Why is Boundless HMG so expensive? |

It's the same cost everyone pays. That includes my 320 eHp proto scout. That Creo shotgun cost the same as your boundless. You just get to live with it a second or two longer than I do when someone with an AR looks at you funny. |

LOL You're complaining that's so expensive? My 180mm nanofiber plate is more expensive. My Madrugar / Gunnlogi hulls are 200,000 ISK each. My scattered ion cannon / compressed particle cannon are almost 1,000,000 ISK each.
I have 0 problems with the cost of anything related to heavies, and I have ADV basic heavy suits and proficiency 3 into forge guns. |

This thread is like a blast from the blast.
More than six months ago heavy suits and their items used to be more expensive - not anymore.
Every suit's proto variations and every weapon types variation levels cost the same.
That means Logi suits are the most expensive, no questions asked, because they have the most slots (max 13).
So this thread doesn't make sense.

Go take a peek at Commando suits, sir.
But on a side note, I'm pretty sure a full proto Heavy is cheaper than a full proto Logi right now. Less module slots to fill.

Yea, back then it seemed way easier to make money as a Heavy somehow. Maybe because the HMG hit detection was trashed in 1.0 and just now got fixed.
I had about 90 mil ISK in 1.0. That reserve dropped down to 3 mil just before 1.4 and that is with playing enough to cap every week and some. Now that the HMG's hit detection actually works, I am making some ISK again finally.
My current Proto Fit costs somewhere in the neighborhood of 155k, I think I might have used my Proto once since 1.4. I've been running standard suit with MH-82 and cleaning up with it. |

Except you are sitting in a tank with +4000 HP. Why are you even bringing vehicles into this? I'm talking about Heavy dropsuits. |
