the SMG also has the fitting requirements similar to light weapons, it is even harder to fit than the CR. the other sidearms require either lower PG, CPU or both to fit.

PC is full of armor tankers using HMG and CR. ScR sees no land there because HMG and CR does more dps to armor, that is how OP the ScR is.
