I like the hitbox idea. Plates already make armor slow and easy to hit, so shields should increase your hitbox and make you easier to hit.

You already have a solid setup. Only changes I would make would be based on my own personal preference like replacing the regulator with a Kin Cat and using a Iskukone/M512-A combo with a focus on sprint strafing and flanking on CQC maps.
