The solution surely can be as simple as you can only drive that vehicle IF you have the required skills, or if you want to jump on one of the vehicles turrets you need to have the required skills for that turret. This will stop vehicle players tak...

Thats the advantage given to veteran players in any game where you gain exp ect, if Vets didn't have an advanatge over new players because of SP then there may as well be no SP system at all
