Either MCC destruction or clone depletion(or maybe timer expiring) Also, which one would pay more? I would guess clone depletion since you could, in theory, capture the MCC. Or if the MCC is destroyed, then the remaining clones would be be bio-m...

Then go back to normal after they stop firing? Maybe increase it by 25-50 percent while firing. This hurts scouts the most until we get silencers.

I'm hoping it only provides a radar ping actually. Seems like a great way to balance the active scanner. The wording is a bit confusing.
