I made a suit with a bunch of militia items not from BPOs I used the remaining of the guns and never restocked them. Yet after downtime it automatically gives 1 gun so the suit is valid again. From time to time I forget to change to something else...

EVE players lose SP if there isn't a skill in their training que when the server is down. Dust it always builds up as unspent SP.

If people were got an extra 1-5m ISK I can see spending it and not realizing that it was a mistake on CCPs part. But that's also not game breaking for the person might be forced to run militia for a day or two but then you would be back in the bla...

The only ships that do orbital bombardments on the eve side right now are ships with small guns, so mostly destroyers. Roughly 15m isk in hardware, as Dust interacts with EVE in the current state there is no reason to risk anything more then a des...
