well that's debatable. Most people have spent money on DUST, which makes them a customer.
I'm not saying we're entitled to something, but saying eve players are paying to play, and we're not is not exactly right.
it's a F2P game, but people are spending money on it. Doesn't make them less of a costumer than eve peeps. |

EVE players lose SP if there isn't a skill in their training que when the server is down. Dust it always builds up as unspent SP. |

You are not.
You can pay for eve with in game money. So even can be just as much F2P as Dust can be P2P. Seeing how as long as they had a skill set they gained that SP regardless of logging in. Dust gets the passive SP as well but also has a cap that can be boosted with something bought for cash money. I pretty much only get to play on the weekends. So that missed day of which I was paying to boost my SP is gone. |

To be fair, one was for the closing of Beta and the other was because CCP messed up the Skill Tree horrifically. "Yay for Vehicle Engineering not doing what it said it did", etc. |

The only reason they are compensating anybody is because of EVE, if this outage only affected Dust, they wouldn't even think twice about it. I remember back in Dust beta when the PSN was down for several days, I asked about some kind of AUR refund or getting back boosters during the time nobody could play, and they basically told me "tough ****, real the EULA". And I believe this was after stats were permanent, so it wasn't as if we were getting another full AUR/SP respec.
