Heavy weapons, no matter what race or design MUST fulfill a specific niche. If they don't you'll just have high eHP suits with versatile high dps weapons. Imagine RR heavies times two. Keep this in mind when thinking about new designs.

Logi is 8/6/4 FYI. Agreed though the tier progression is much steep for Assault and logis. Scouts, heavies, and commandos on the other hand have very little difference making their cheaper suits much more valuable and isk efficient.
