Corp battles have always been laggier than pub matches. At least in the closed beta tournament matches, since those were also 16 vs 16. So I'm not really sure why people expected it to be better now.

As far as I know the BPOs in any of those packs are not higher than standard (if even standard, and not just militia). CCP would be very stupid if they ever brought in BPOs of advanced or proto gear.

The HMG does about the same damage as last build. Last build the HMG did 17.6 damage (including the 10% bonus from Weaponry). Now the HMG does 18.0 damage.
