You can't cut the radius without ruining grenades as a whole. Cut the fuse if you have to, but leave the radius alone. As for the militia grenades, I could see a 0.2~0.4 radius reduction since they are do easily inflammable regardless of the timer...

The driver of any vehicle gets assists for kills scored on theor guns, just to clear that up. You may not have noticed it, but you get a "+35 Vehicle Kill Assist" whenever your gunner makes a kill. It's there. You may have missed it, but it's there.
