Simple math. Scan precision x skill bonus x enhancer. So natural scan of 50 x level 5 (.90 or 10%) x.80 (20%)= 36 dB. So no you will not scan somebody who can hide from advanced scanners. Then again most people do not stealth so a complex enhancer...

I don't know the name of the map but in are 4 large towers that snipers and forge gunners love, specially since it surrounds objective B. I love taking a dropship there and squishing everybody. Those that do survive either get pushed of or shot down.
