Sure lets fix cloaks. Reduce the "Shimmer" on cloaks for when people are walking or crouch walking. It shouldn't be as bright as when someone is doing a full out sprint like it is right now. Otherwise, cloaks are fine. Leave them alone and get gud.

I switched back to Shotgun/SMG for the high alpha followed up by armor tearing goodness. Works better than pure CR now especially with Cloaks. It makes it easier to ambush and take people by surprise if you are careful and patient.
