Since im also a drop uplink spammer, I decided what the heck. Almost capped out first day.

Oh no i'm better than a caldari and amarr proto logi with my republic minmatar scout with 3 equipment slots!

1) Cloaks are bugged and apply the logi equipment bonus. Enjoy it while it lasts because it won't.
2) Med suit with 3cplx precision isn't even that hard to dodge, needing only 1 complex dampener, which, tier for tier and assuming you're running proto, isn't sacrificing much compared to what you are.
