Ok played some more and only went up to ADV cloak since I wanted to max out a couple other things instead. Its "meh ok" I guess. It helped in some situations, HOWEVER, I just had a match where EVERYONE WAS A HEAVY WITH A HMG... DA FUQ?!?!?!?!?!?!?...
