@ Fox My gut feeling is that we went a 'bit too far with Scout nerfs and a 'bit too far with Assault buffs. Rattati has hinted at upcoming changes to backpedal speed; this could bring Assault v Scout closer to balance.

At max passives, I can fit REs/Cloak or Uplink/Cloak on my Dragonfly along with decent modules and STD weaponry. The Uplink fit requires a PG Extender, but I fit Complex KinCat and Complex CardReg alongside a Proto Uplink on it.
