504. Cheap mouse and keyboard setup. - in General Discussions [original thread]
Wired mouse is the most important. Laser mice are bad for FPS games and expensive so don't get one. If you have a USB mic and only 2 USB ports, you should go BlueTooth keyboard over a wireless mouse. You can also get a hub. I can't confirm this, b...

Get type2 calamari suit. It's fifty times better than the type1 PoS. Get complex shield extenders. They are good 4 you. After that you can work on raising a weapon skill a bit, or getting the standard level of gear for what you're going to use (r...

Ok... so usually the general rule in Boston is no Sneakers. Jillian's apparently has a "no boots rule". I go up, with a nice jacket, nice ironed collard shirt, and nice ironed khaki pants w/a crease. I had nice boots on too. -__- Anyways, there w...

I did not miss your point. 200k isk is nothing, and people already run around in suits that cost 200k isk. But it's nice to know that some people care about their CDR. All it means is that if I fight you, I just have to kill you a couple of times...

Oh, and assault shield recharge delay is 4.8 sec, logi is 5. So that does matter a bit. Of course, the logi suit has an extra low slot that the assault vk1 does not have, so GG lol. edit: I know someone was talking about equipment slots, but the...

Strafe speed is determined by a percentage of your movement speed. I forgot what the percent is, but the slower you can move, the slower you can strafe. Stick some armor plates on your suit and you'll see yourself slow down. Unless of course, CCP...

Passive heat sync might be for the main gun only. Unless they changed it, an active could work for the gunners too. It's not worth putting an active heat sync on a tank just for your gunners, but putting it on an LAV might make sense.
