I think it's good as is. The current system works fine in corp battles. You seem to be concerned about pub stomping. It is something that needs to be fixed, but the way to do it is with better balancing of players. Attempting to balance pub games...

I believe you only get wp for repairing damage an enemy caused. Driving a LAV into a wall and then repping it will get you nothing
