This. Lag/framerate is public enemy #1 right now. Even a little bit of it kills my ability to aim and maneuver properly. And often there's more than a little, and not just when I l've been playing for over 2 hours and my PS3 is having memory issues. |

I really like this dev blog.
A faster iterative cycle will improve balancing (I hope) and all the new control and rendering improvements described really should improve gameplay. As someone who drifted away from Dust after uprising hit, you'll be seeing a lot more of me (and my money) once 1.2 hits.

Very excited to hear about updates. I was just kinda hoping to hear something about PvE. I enjoy shooting my fellow Mercs in the face as much as the next guy. I really, really need something else to do in this game. Any news on expanded game types? Exploration, cleaning out mining sites, ship boarding, hell shoot me out an air lock of a capital ship. |

I notice we have a sofa and a bed in the merc quarters, why not combine those as the new logout feature that's being talked about? Also what about adapting the two doors in the quarter? One for dropsuits, mods, weapons & possibly a weapons testing station? Then the second for vehicles, mods etc? Also being an army veteran I notice a lack of coloured smoke grenades in various top end shooters.. And I like my coloured smoke.. And finally please add a vending machine and coffee machine to the quarter. . Altogether an outstanding game and ultimately that fact that the devs listen and act on forum info is a plus.. Keep up the good work guys. . |

The addition of the 1500 mails is good rather than waiting for 50 at a time. But is there still no delete all or mark as read option? Missed a trick there I feel.

I guess you are going to just have to continue deleting those notifications messages one at a time. With the patch my mail will no longer tell me that I have 50 messages. Instead it will tell me that I have 1500 messages. That will be such an improvement. With 1400 members in DUST University, despite us kicking inactive members every month, the new member notifications alone will more than fill the 1500 message list size. I have just tried to come to terms with it and suppress my OCD urge to open or delete them all.... one.... at..... a..... time.... |

Will this point release "patch" fix the hit detect issue with the Mass Drivers.
We were told that the issue with the hit detect was isolated to a client-server desync and that the fix was ready but you could only implement it on a big patch. Is this it?
And on the Dev Blog, it says July 2nd 2013... Is that the release date for uprising 1.2?

I hope they fix the issues from swarm launchers on the next update. It's annoying when they glitch through props and terrain and let's not forget the majority of the time they are invisible to drivers of tanks causing to get blown up, unable to pinpoint the launchers location due to the missiles being invisible. But I'm excited regardless of what they fix and add. |

While I agree I'm glad they are working on the core issues that are screwed. That said and out of the way I'm looking forward to new racial heavy suits and stuff. The fact that shields ARE favored more is a PITA. I'm not going to spec anything more into Amarr heavy suits untill one of two things happens 1: we get a respec when the new heavies are intro'd or 2: we can pay to get a respec. I would rather pay to respec personally simply so it would support the game and because with higher levels being so expensive SP wise the sting of trying new things wouldn't be so bad. Good job CCP on working towards a better game. Tip back your favorite beverage to the future. |

the first racial heavy suit you give us a useless over heat damage reduction when no heavy weapon causes over heat damage, and now that your giving another racial heavy suit it doesnt get the heavy machine gun. so if your not going to make one light slot a heavy on the commando , and your going to keep the sentinel with over heat damage reduction, when will us heavies get a suit that compliments the Heavy class, i dont understand how this class is being dragged around so badly, give us a break |

I dont know if anyone else has this issue, but on top of the invisible swarms, i get absolutely invisible enemies, installations, and even allies when i am in both vehicle and installation turrets. It get's to the point that all i can see are blue chevrons and vehicles on my screen, and due to this, have lost probably close to 40,000,000 ISK in assets over the last few months. So tiresome. |

The LAVs need to receive more damage from impact with drop suits and other objects. If I'm in a heavy suit with 1400 HP shields and armor when you hit me it should make a min of that damage.right now you can hit me and then hit realhard into the wall and it won't hardly damage the LAV. I'm not saying nerf the LAV I'm saying make it more realistic. |

No blog yet... and were less than a day away from update... once update happens whats the point in the blog. We can then see for ourselves, it would have been nice to know whether or not I need to save my sp or go ahead and use it, a hasty post would be much appreciated. =) |
