It's a bit ambiguous but the wording could be taken to mean they're only removing certain specific items from the market/game and refunding them. A full item wipe would cause high level tantruming from people with bulging asset warehouses built up over months of play.
Personally I reckon they're going to overhaul damage mods with a meganerf, and refund people who've built up huge stocks of them based on their current effectiveness. |

This is what I thought too. Refund BPC aur items and non officer ISK items. |

What I got out of the sentence is: "We're repricing both ISK and AUR items in the new build. All items will be refunded based on the newly established prices in their respective currency." But don't take my word for it because I have a tendency to think positively... |
