Yes, they are just "words on the internet", but if you wouldn't say them in real life, you shouldn't be saying them on the internet. I am all for people getting kicked from a game for using racial, sexual, or any other form remark that insults someone who can't help themselves for who or what they are. The whole sexual harassment thing has been ignored way too long in the gaming industry. I know quite a few women who play games that could wipe the floor with dudes in FPS. They have garnered respect from some, but on more than one occasion you get some douchebag who thinks its his job to say whatever he can to try and hurt them. It sounds like you and your female friend need to join KEQ (Kill-EM-QUICK) where we put female players in leadership positions in which they have to right to kick corp members who offend them by behaving in a boorish and offensive manner. We will rally around a member in need, hunt down offensive nimrods and make them regret ever opening their mouths.
