This is a Sci-Fi shooter in which people wear dropsuits. Jumping high is not out of reach when using a exoskeleton specifically designed for it. (Dropsuit+lots of Myofibs). It is completely possible.

Myo's make you stronger, they don't alter your physique. This isn't Naruto, we don't have inner chi that we channel to fly high up into the sky. Jumping as high as you do now is already pushing the bounds of reality. There comes a point where no matter how strong you are, the physics of things won't accommodate a higher jump. There's only so much energy that can be released from a pair of bent legs.

Maybe what you're really pining for is a jetpack equipment. Those seem all the rage these days.

As for not using dropsuits, I extremely rarely wander around in my BPOs, but I have literally 0 SP in infantry, so that usually only happens if I'm trying to get hacks for daily missions. Also, with 5 myofibs, you do not jump as high as the table top if you stand right next to it. That is not insanely high. That is like Neil Armstrong on the moon.
