To clarify Riot Shields are believable, to some very small degree, as weapons but they themselves are only used to protect police from thrown objects, bludgeoning attacks, and maybe ricochets. They will not OHKO dropsuits or even inflict much more damage than a punch if used to attack and should ideally always be used with a Secondary Fire Arm.

Well I mean..... spine supporting powered exoskeletons with biologically enhanced bones, muscles, and nanite infused blood flows chock full of performance enhancing drugs of such a quantity it doesn't matter if we overdose........ we are kinda stronk.
